Śledzie smażone na złoto

 

Składniki:

  • 80 dag solonych śledzi
  • ½ szkl. mleka
  • 6-8 dag margaryny
  • 8 dag tartej bułki
  • 1-2 jaja
  • 4 dag mąki
  • natka pietruszki

 

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Śledzie zalać mlekiem i odstawić na 2 godziny.
    Po tym czasie śledzie odfiletować.
    Następnie oprószyć mąką, obtoczyć w roztrzepanych jajkach a na konięciu w bułce tartej.
    Panierkę mocno docisnąć ręką.
    Usmażyć je na rozgrzanej margarynie.
    Przed podaniem udekorować natką pietruszki.
