Śledź „pod pierzynką”

  • 25 dag solonych płatów śledziowych
  • 3 średnie ziemniaki
  • 1-2 cebule
  • 2-3 marchewki
  • 3 jajka
  • średni słoik majonezu
  • ewentualnie 1 jogurt (200ml) naturalny
  • 25 dag żółtego sera
  • zielona pietruszka

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Ziemniaki, marchew ugotować w mundurkach, jajka ugotować na twardo. Śledzie lekko odmoczyć i pokroić w kostkę. Układać warstwami od dołu: 3 ugotowane ziemniaki starte na grubej tarce, śledzie krojone w grubą kostkę, cebula drobno pokrojona, majonez pół słoika (można lekko "rozcieńczyć" jogurtem naturalnym), 2-3 ugotowane marchewki starte na grubej tarce, 3 ugotowane jajka też starte, lub drobno pokrojone, majonez pół słoika, posiekana zielenina (np. natka pietruszki), ser żółty starty na drobnej tarce.
