Sałatka z kalafiora, papryki i marchewki

Składniki:

  • ½ kalafiora
  • ½  kapusty czerwonej
  • ½ kapusty białej
  • strąk papryki
  • biała część pora
  • marchewka
  • pół szklanki majonezu
  • łyżeczka musztardy
  • pieprz
  • sól

    Sposób wykonania;
    Kalafiora ugotować w osolonej wodzie po czym podzielić go na różyczki.
    Następnie dodać do niego poszatkowane kapusty, papryki pokrojone w paski, pora pokrojonego w krążki i startą na tarce marchewkę.
    Wszystkie składniki wymieszać ze sobą.
    Musztardę wymieszać z majonezem i doprawić do smaku solą oraz pieprzem.
    Sosem polać sałatkę i jeszcze raz wymieszać.
