Sałatka z cykorii

Składniki:
3, 4 szt. cykorii (biała, czerwona lub mieszana)
pęczek szczypiorku
sok z połowy lub jednej cytryny
oliwa z oliwek lub pestek winogrona
pieprz

Sposób wykonania:
Cykorię umyć i dość drobno posiekać. Tak samo należy potraktować szczypiorek. Całość wymieszać, dodać sok z cytryny (ilość zależy od indywidualnych gustów) posypać pieprzem do smaku i dodać kilka łyżek oliwy. Tyle, żeby dokładnie pokryć wszystkie składniki. Smaczna i do tego dziecinnie prosta.
