Polewka postna

Składniki:

    • 3 l wody
    • 3 łyżki mąki
    • 2 łyżeczki soli
    • 0.5 l maślanki lub jogurtu naturalnego
    • 1 ząbek czosnku (można bez)
    • 5 średnich ziemniaków
    • 300 g białego sera


    Sposób przyrządzania:

    Ugotować ziemniaki. Wstawić na ogień 2,5l wody z solą. W połowie pozostałej wody rozprowadzić mąkę i dodać mieszając go garnka,(dodać rozgnieciony czosnek) przed samym zagotowaniem się polewki dodać rozcieńczoną pozostałą wodą maślankę lub jogurt ciągle mieszając. Podawać z ziemniakami i połamanym serem. Można przygryzać chlebem.
