Polędwica z pieczarkami

 

Składniki:

  • ½ kg polędwicy  wołowej
  • łyżka mąki
  • łyżka masła
  • ¼ kg pieczarek
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Polędwice pokroić w poprzek włókien na 4 kotlety.
    Następnie rozbić je tłuczkiem na płaty o średnicy 12 cm.
    Oprószyć mięso solą oraz pieprzem i posypać mąką po czym  smażyć z obu stron na rozgrzanej patelni po 3 minuty.
    Mięso w środku powinno być lekko różowe.
    Natomiast obrane pieczarki pokroić w plastry i usmażyć je na rozgrzanym maśle.
    Przed podaniem rozłożyć pieczarki na mięsie.
