Pychotka.pl – Przepisy Kulinarne

Paprykowo-pomidorowa surówka

 

Składniki:

  • 250 g pomidorów
  • 250 g papryki
  • 4 łyżki sosu winegret
  • 1 cebula
  • cukier
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Pomidory sparzyć wrzątkiem i obrać ze skórki i pokroić je na cząstki.
    Następnie paprykę pokroić w paseczki i dodać do pomidorów.
    Cebulę posiekać i dodać do surówki.
    Całość skropić sosem winegret i doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem oraz cukrem.
