Składniki:


• 1 kg filetów z ryby Panga
• 1 cytryna
• natka pietruszki
• 6 ząbków czosnku
• 3 średniej wielkości ziemniaki
• 8 malutkich cebulek
• olej z oliwek
• szklanka białego wina
• sól, pieprz

Wykonanie:
Oczyszczone filety z Pangi umieść w ceramicznym płaskim naczyniu do zapiekania, posyp lekko solą, w każdym filecie zrób 2 nacięcia i umieść w nich plasterki cytryny. Wyciśnij na rybę sok z reszty cytryny. Podgrzej na patelni oliwę i podsmaż ząbki czosnku dodaj białe wino i po chwili polej rybę tak przygotowana zalewą.
Na oleju podsmaż plasterki ziemniaka i cebulki, ułóż wszystko wokół ryby w naczyniu.
Nagrzej piekarnik do temperatury 180 stopni i piec wszystko przez około 30 minut.
Podawać gorące.
