Ogórkowa zupa na upały-Iwony

Składniki:

  • 2 duże  zielone ogórki
  • 1 litr kefiru
  • 3 listki świeżej kolendry
  • 3 ząbki czosnku
  • 2 łyżki posiekanego zielonego koperku
  • 1 szklanka jogurtu naturalnego
  • sól, pieprz ziołowy do smaku

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Ogórki  umyć, obrać, wydrążyć gniazda nasienne, zetrzeć na tarce o dużych oczkach, odcedzić na sitku. Czosnek obrać i przecisnąć przez praskę. Wymieszać z kefirem i naturalnym jogurtem, dodać koperek i kolendrę, doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem ziołowym. Schłodzić  w lodówce przed podaniem.
