Ogórek z rzodkiewką i papryką marynowany

Składniki:

  • 2 długie ogórki pokrojone w cienkie plastry
  • ½ szklanki pokrojonej w paski żółtej papryki
  • 1 szklanka pokrojonej w cienkie plastry rzodkiewki
  • 2 łyżki posiekanej natki pietruszki

 

Marynata:

  • 1 łyżeczka otartej z cytryny skórki
  • 2 łyżki soku cytrynowego
  • 1 łyżka oliwy
  • 1 łyżeczka białego octu winnego
  • sól, pieprz


Sposób przyrządzenia:

W salaterce wymieszać ogórki, paprykę, rzodkiewkę i natkę pietruszki. Składniki marynaty zmiksować. Dodać na salaterkę, wymieszać, odstawić na 30 minut do lodówki.
