Migdałowe sufleciki z ananasem

Składniki:

  10 dag mielonych migdałów

  1/2 szklanki cukru pudru

  2 jajka

  1/4 kostki masła

  3 łyżki mąki

  4 plastry ananasa

Wykonanie:

Masło stopić. Mielone migdały wymieszać z cukrem pudrem i około 1/5 szklanki wody, ucierać dodając stopniowo jajka, stopione masło i mąkę. Masę włożyć na godzinę do lodówki.

Krążki ananasa pokroić na 5 kawałków. Małe foremki z pergaminu (o średnicy 3,5 cm) ułożyć na blasze. Masę migdałową nałożyć do szprycy, wycisnąć do foremek, wypełniając je w 3/4.

Na wierzchu położyć po kawałku ananasa. Piec około 10 minut w temperaturze 240ºC.
