Pychotka.pl – Przepisy Kulinarne

Makaron w sosie tuńczykowo – pieczarkowym

Składniki:

  • 20 dkg pieczarek
  • 1 cebula
  • 1 puszka tuńczyka w sosie własnym
  • natka pietruszki
  • 1 łyżka sosu sojowego
  • ząbek czosnku
  • ½ szklanki jogurtu lub śmietany
  • sól, pieprz
  • makaron

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Cebule i czosnek pociąć drobno i zeszklić na oleju. Pieczarki pokroić w plasterki dodać do zeszklonej cebuli i smażyć aż puszcza sok, dopiero wtedy posolić, popieprzyć, dodać sos sojowy, dodać odsączony tuńczyk. Dodać jogurt oraz natkę, trochę poddusić. Dodać ugotowany makaron al dente , wymieszać dobrze.
