Makaron kokardki w szpinakowym sosie Iwony

 

Składniki:

 

  • 40 dkg makaronu kokardki
  • ½  dkg szpinaku mrożonego
  • 25 dkg pleśniowego sera
  • cebula dymka
  • 4 łyżki  kwaśnej śmietany
  • 2 łyżki oliwy
  • 3 ząbki czosnku
  • sól, pieprz do smaku

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Cebulę dymkę posiekać ,zeszklić na oliwie, dodać szpinak, przykryć i ogrzewać około 10 minut, dodać śmietanę, czosnek, doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem. Ser pokroić w kostkę, dodać do szpinaku i podgrzewać jeszcze około 5 minut. Makaron ugotować al dente w osolonej wodzie, osączyć na sicie, dodać do szpinaku, wymieszać i podgrzewać około 2 minut.
