Likier wiśniowy Marzeny

Składniki:
1 kg. wiśni z pestkami
1 kg. cukru
1/4 litra spirytusu

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Wiśnie wsypane do słoja  zalać spirytusem  i odstawić na 5 dni. Często potrząsać. Następnie zlać spirytus do butelki , a wiśnie zasypać  cukrem i odstawić do czasu, aż cukier się zupełnie rozpuści i zrobi się sok wiśniowy. Po ok. 3 tygodniach połączyć syrop wiśniowy ze spirytusem i rozlać do butelek. Im dłużej postoi tym lepszy.
