Składniki:

  • 30 dag mąki
  • 15 dag cukru pudru
  • 1 ½ łyżki rumu
  • 1-2 łyżki śmietany
  • 3 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
  • 15dag wiórków kokosowych
  • 15dag margaryny
  • 2 jaja

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Margarynę posiekać razem z mąka po czym dodać proszek do pieczenia, cukier puder, wiórka, rum oraz śmietanę.
    Na koniec wbić jeszcze jajka i całość dokładnie zagnieść na gładkie ciasto.
    Wówczas go rozwałkować i foremkami wycinać różne kształty ciasteczek.
    Ułożyć na blasze, wstawić do rozgrzanego piekarnika i upiec.
