Kruche ciasteczka

Składniki:
200g mąki
200 g masła
100 g cukru pudru
1 żółtko
sól
migdały, orzechy i pestki dyni do dekoracji

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Do mąki i cukru dodajemy pokrojone na kawałki masło oraz żółtko i szczyptę soli. Zagniatamy szybko ciasto i wstawiamy je do lodówki na pół godziny. Ciasto wałkujemy na grubość około 1/2 cm i wycinamy foremkami ciasteczka. Smarujemy je rozmąconym jajkiem i dekorujemy orzechami, migdałami i pestkami dyni. Pieczemy na złoty kolor (około 10 minut) w temperaturze 200 stopni.
