Konfitury z aronii Eweliny

Smak lata w zimę, idealna do naleśników i racuszków a jaka zdrowa. Ja odlewam z tej konfitury jeszcze tak litr soku do butelki i mam na zimowe wieczory do herbatki.

Składniki:
• owoce aronii 1 kg
• woda 1/2 litra
• cukier 1 kg

Sposób przyrządzenia:

Dojrzałe owoce aronii przebrać, umyć. Obgotować 5 minut, odcedzić. Z wody i cukru ugotować syrop.
Obgotowane owoce zalać gorącym syropem i pozostawić na kilka godzin. Następnie doprowadzić do wrzenia, znowu odstawić na 2-3 godziny. Podgrzewać jeszcze z przerwami 2-3 razy, aż owoce staną się szkliste. Nałożyć do słoików.
