Składniki:

  • ¾ szklanki słodkiej śmietanki
  • ¼ szklanki lekko schłodzonego soku truskawkowego
  • ¼ szklanki koniaku
  • kilka kostek lodu

 

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Do szklanego dzbanka wlać śmietankę, dolewać powoli sok i koniak, stale mieszając. Dodać rozdrobniony lód i rozlać do wysokich szklanek. Podawać do picia ze słomką. W ten sam sposób można przyrządzać koktajle z sezonowych owoców, jak żurawiny, poziomki, wiśnie, porzeczki.
