Jabłka z orzechami i rodzynkami

Składniki:

  • 4 jabłka
  • 50 g orzechów włoskich
  • 30 g rodzynków
  • 3 łyżki miodu
  • 1 żółtko
  • 2 łyżki śmietany
  • 1 łyżka masła


 

Sposób wykonania:
Posiekane orzechy wymieszać z rodzynkami, miodem, żółtkami i śmietanką.
Następnie z jabłka odciąć czubek i delikatnie wydrążyć miąższ po czym wypełnić je orzechowym farszem.
Przełożyć je do naczynia żaroodpornego  wysmarowanego masłem i wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 190 stopni  i piec około 30 minut.
