Jabłka w cynamonowym karmelu

Składniki:

  • 6 obranych, pozbawionych gniazd nasiennych jabłek
  • 4 łyżki masła
  • 5 łyżek cukru
  • 1 cytryna
  • szczypta cynamonu
  • ¼ szklanki wody
  • ¼ szklanki białego słodkiego wina

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    W rondlu rozpuścić masło, dodać cukier i cynamon, wymieszać, podgrzewać aż zawartość rondla nabierze złotego koloru. Dodać wodę, wino, sok z połowy cytryny j jabłka. Gotować stale mieszając 5 minut. Jabłka wraz z karmelem przełożyć do pucharków, udekorować plastrami cytryny i podawać.
