Filet z kurczaka po włosku

Składniki:

    • 5 piersi z kurczaka
    • 5 pomidorów
    • ½ kostki masła
    • 5 cebul
    • 3 łyżki soku z cytryny
    • natka pietruszki
    • sól, pieprz


    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Filety umyć obsączyć, każdy przekroić na połowę, zamarynować w soku cutrynowym. Na patelni rozgrzać masło, obrumienić porcje na złoty kolor. Pomidory sparzyć wrzątkiem, obrać ze skóry, podzielić na ćwiartki. Cebulę obrać, pokroić w kostkę. Na pozostałym z obsmażania mięsa maśle zeszklić cebulę, dodać pomidory i obrumienione porcje kurczaka, dusić razem kilkanaście minut. Przyprawić, posypać posiekaną natką pietruszki i podawać polane powstałym sosem.
