Czosnkowe piure ziemniaczane

Składniki:

    • 1 kg obranych, pokrojonych w grubą kostkę ziemniaków
    • 1 główka upieczonego w piekarniku czosnku
    • 4 łyżki miękkiego masła
    • ½ szklanki mleka
    • sól, pieprz

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Ziemniaki zalać w rondlu wodą, doprowadzić do wrzenia, gotować aż będą miękkie, odcedzić, przełożyć do miski. Dodać mleko, masło, obrane miękkie upieczone ząbki czosnku, przyprawić solą i pieprzem. Ugnieść tłuczkiem do ziemniaków na jednorodną masę.
