Składniki:

  • 25 dag mąki
  • 4 jajka
  • 20 dag masła
  • 20 dag cukru pudru
  • ½ szkl. mleka
  • proszek do pieczenia
  • 50 dag truskawek
  • bułka tarta
  • tłuszcz

 

 

Sposób wykonania;
Jajka utrzeć na parze razem z masłem oraz cukrem pudrem po czym odstawić do ostygnięcia.
Następnie dodać mąkę, proszek do pieczenia oraz mleko.
Całość dokładnie wymieszać i na koniec dodać oczyszczone truskawki.
Ciasto wylać na tortownice wysmarowaną tłuszczem i posypaną bułką tarta.
Wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 180 stopni i piec około 35 minut.
