Cebula z grilla z pomidorkami koktajlowymi

Składniki:

    • 2 cebule obrane i pokrojone w grube plastry
    • 1 szklanka pokrojonych na połowę pomidorków koktajlowych
    • 4 drobno posiekane ząbki czosnku
    • majeranek, oregano do smaku
    • 4 łyżki oliwy
    • 3 łyżki białego octu winnego
    • sól, pieprz


    Sposób przyrządzenia:

    Plastry cebuli i pokrojone pomidory umieścić na tacce do grillowania, polać oliwą, piec na średnio nagrzanym grillu aż cebulka lekko zmięknie, dodać pozostałe składniki i dusić razem jeszcze 10 minut. Podawać na gorąco lub na zimno.
