Cukinie w cieście

Składniki:


• 1/2 szklanki wody
• 1/2 szklanki mąki
• 1 jajo roztrzepane
• 1/2 łyżeczki soli
• 2 młode cukinie obrane, pokrajane w centymetrowe plastry
• olej do smażenia
sos:
• 1,5 szklanki jogurtu lub zsiadłego mleka
• sól i roztarty czosnek do smaku

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Wymieszać sos, odstawić. Mąkę z wodą, jajami i solą wyrobić na gładkie ciasto (gdyby było zbyt rzadkie, dodać trochę mąki). Na dużej patelni rozgrzać olej. Cukinie zanurzyć w cieście i smażyć z obu stron na złoty kolor.
Podawać natychmiast na gorącym półmisku polaną sosem, z surówką z białej kapusty.
