Składniki:

  • 2 okrągłe wafle
  • 3 białka
  • ½ szkl. musu owocowego
  • ¾ szkl. miodu

    Sposób wykonania;
    Mus owocowy doprowadzić do wrzenia wówczas dodać cukier i cały czas mieszając rozpuścić go na małym ogniu.
    Następnie dodać miód i trzymać jeszcze na ogniu około 2  minut.
    Białka ubić na sztywną pianę i dodać ja do musu.
    Ubijać całość kilkanaście minut nad parą.
    Posmarować powstałą masą wafel i przykryć drugim.
    Odstawić na noc.
