Surówka z pomidorów, rzodkwi i cebuli

 

Składniki:

  • 40 dag rzodkwi
  • 10 dag pomidorów
  • 10 dag cebuli
  • ¼ l śmietany
  • 10 dag twarogu
  • sól

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Oczyszczoną rzodkiew zetrzeć na tarce o dużych oczkach.
    Następnie pomidory sparzyć wrzątkiem, obrać ze skóry i pokroić na cząstki.
    Pokroić jeszcze cebulę w talarki i wszystkie składniki wymieszać ze sobą.
    Dodać jeszcze pokruszony twaróg oraz śmietanę.
    Jeszcze raz wymieszać i doprawić do smaku solą.
