Surówka z pasternaku, jabłek i chrzanu

Składniki:

    • 25 dkg obranego pasternaku
    • 2 łyżki tartego chrzanu
    • 20 dkg kwaśnych jabłek
    • 1/3 szklanki kwaśnej śmietany
    • 1 łyżeczka soku z cytryny
    • sól, biały pieprz, cukier do smaku


    Sposób przyrządzenia:

    Jabłka obrać, usunąć gniazda nasienne, utrzeć na tarce, wymieszać sokiem z cytryny. Pasternak zetrzeć na drobnej tarce. Wszystkie składniki surówki wymieszać, przyprawić do smaku.
