Smażone kulki ziemniaczane

 

Składniki:

 

  • 1 kg ziemniaków
  • 2 jajka
  • 2 łyżki mąki
  • 150 g tartej bułki
  • gałka muszkatołowa
  • ½ szkl oleju
  • cukier puder
  • sól

Sposób wykonania:
Obrane ziemniaki wrzucić na osolony wrzątek i gotować około 20 minut.
Po tym czasie odcedzić i stłuc na gładkie puree.
Wówczas wbić do ziemniaków jajka i dodać mąkę.
Całość dokładnie wymieszać i doprawić do smaku solą, pieprzem, cukrem pudrem oraz gałką muszkatołową.
Z powstałej masy formować małe kuleczki, które obtoczyć w bułce tartej.
Na koniec smażyć partiami na rozgrzanym tłuszczu na złoto.
