Seler ze złotą bułką

 

Składniki:

  •  2 selery
  •  łyżeczka cukru
  •  2 łyżki soku z cytryny
  •  sól
  •  3-4 łyżki masła
  •  2 łyżki tartej bułki

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Oczyszczone selery pokroić w słupki, które wrzucić na wrzątek.
    Dodać sól, cukier oraz sok z cytrynu do smaku.
    Wrzucić jeszcze kawałek masła i całość trzymać na małym ogniu około 15-20 minut.
    Po tym czasie selery odcedzić i przełożyć na talerz.
    Natomiast na reszcie masła zarumienić bułkę tartą, która polać selery przed podaniem.
