Sałatka z kapusty, rodzynek i brzoskwiń

 

Składniki:

  •  200 g kiszonej kapusty
  •  2 łyżki rodzynek
  •  2 połówki brzoskwiń z syropu
  •  1 jabłko
  •  łyżka soku cytryny
  •  łyżka miodu
  •  1 ½ łyżki oleju z pestek winogron

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Kapustę poszatkować.
    Następnie rodzynki namoczyć w wodzie.
    Natomiast obrane jabłka zetrzeć na tarce a brzoskwinie pokroić na mniejsze kawałki.
    Wszystkie składniki wymieszać ze sobą.
    Całość doprawić do smaku sokiem z cytryny oraz miodem.
    Na koniec polać olejem z pestek winogron.
