Sałatka z kalarepy z sosem musztardowo miodowym

Składniki:

  • 1 obrana kalarepa pokrojona w kostkę
  • 1 obrane, kwaśne jabłko pokrojone w kostkę
  • 1 kiszony ogórek pokrojony w kostkę
  • 2 ugotowane na twardo jajka, obrane, pokrojone w kostkę
  • ½ szklanki orzechów włoskich lub nerkowca posiekane

Sos:

  • 2 łyżki octu jabłkowego
  • ¼ szklanki oliwy
  • 1 łyżka musztardy
  • 1 łyżka płynnego miodu
  • 1 rozgnieciony w prasce ząbek czosnku
  • sól, biały pieprz do smaku


Sposób przyrządzenia:

Składniki sosu zmiksować. W salaterce połączyć wszystkie składniki sałatki, delikatnie wymieszać, ewentualnie przyprawić. Odstawić na 60 minut w chłodne miejsce.
