Puree z kalafiora Henryka

Znakomite przepisy tylko na pychotka.pl. Dziś podajemy przepis na smakowite puree z kalafiora. Lista zakupów: kalafior, jogurt naturalny, masło i przyprawy. 
 

Składniki:

  • 1 kalafior
  • ¾ szkl jogurtu naturalnego
  • 1 duża łyżka masła
  • sól
  • pieprz

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Kalafiora umyć i podzielić na pojedyncze różyczki.
    Wrzucić je do garnka.
    Zalać osoloną woda i gotować około 20 minut do jego miękkości.
    Po tym czasie kalafiora odcedzić.
    Dodać do niego jogurt naturalny oraz masło.
    Można użyć teraz blendera lub tłuczka i stłuc kalafiora z dodatkami na gładkie puree.
    Na sam koniec oprószyć całość pieprzem.
