Piersi z kurczaka po hindusku

Składniki:


  • 50 dkg piersi z kurczaka
  • 1 żółta papryka
  • 3 cebule
  • 10 dkg suszonych moreli
  • 1 papryczka chili
  • oliwa
  • sól, pieprz


Sposób przyrządzenia:
Filet pokroić w grubą kostkę, przyprawić, usmażyć, pozostawić w cieple. Cebulę obrać, pokroić w kostkę, podobnie przygotować paprykę i papryczkę chili. Morele pokroić w paseczki. Na patelni rozgrzać oliwę, zeszklić cebulę, dodać pozostałe składniki, chwilę dusić mieszając, przełożyć do kurczaka, podlać kilkoma łyżkami wody. Dusić razem przez 5 minut, przyprawić, podawać.
