Naleśniki z pieczarkami i cebulką

 

Składniki:

  • 1 l mleka
  • 1 jajko
  • szczypta soli
  • 2 szklanki mąki
  • 1/2 kg pieczarek
  • 1 cebula
  • olej

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Do mleka wbić jajka iw sypać mąkę.
    Całość dokładnie zmiksować na jednolite ciasto.
    Dodać do niego odrobinę soli i smażyć naleśniki na rozgrzanej patelni.
    W miedzy czasie posiekać cebule a obrane pieczarki pokroić w plasterki.
    Razem podsmażyć na drugiej patelni.
    Na usmażonych naleśnikach rozłożyć pieczarkowy farsz i zawinąć je w rulony.
