Morele zapiekane z konfiturą

Składniki:

  • 8 moreli
  • 16 łyżeczek konfitury z róż
  • 1 szkl. białek
  • 1 szkl. cukru pudru
  • 2 szkl. płatków migdałowych

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Morele sparzyć wrzątkiem po czym je obrać i przekroić na połówki.
    Usunąć pestki i do wgłębień włożyć po łyżeczce konfitur.
    Następnie białka ubić z cukrem pudrem i na każdej brzoskwini zrobić duży keks.
    Przełożyć je do naczynia żaroodpornego i wstawić do piekarnika rozgrzanego do 120 stopni na około 15 minut.
    W między czasie migdały uprażyć na suchej patelni i posypać nimi brzoskwinie przed podaniem.
