Migdałowa polewa do deserów

Składniki:

  • 1 szkl. posiekanych migdałów
  • 1 szkl. cukru
  • łyżeczka octu
  • sok z cytryny
  • skórka starta z 1 cytryny
  • 50 g rumu

Sposób wykonania:

  1. 1 szklankę wody z dodatkiem octu, cukru doprowadzić do wrzenia po czym nie przerywając mieszania dodać sok i  skórkę z cytryny oraz rum.
    Całość dokładnie wymieszać na sam koniec dodając migdały.
    Zdjąć z ognia i energicznie wymieszać .
    Gorąca polewę wylać na deser.
