Kluseczki ziemniaczane z patelni

Składniki:

  •  800 g ugotowanych ziemniaków
  •  50 g masła
  •  2 żółtka
  •  1 łyżka mąki
  •  łyżeczka soli
  •  starta gałka muszkatołowa
  •  4 łyżki oleju

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Ugotowane ziemniaki zemleć w maszynce.
    Następnie dodać do nich masło, żółtka oraz mąkę.
    Całość dokładnie wyrobić na gładkie ciasto.
    Doprawić do smaku solą oraz gałką muszkatołową.
    Z powstałego ciasta uformować wałek, który pokroić na małe kluseczki.
    Smażyć je na złoty kolor na rozgrzanym oleju.
