Składniki:

  • 2,5 szklanki mąki
  • 20 dag margaryny
  • 15 dag cukru
  • 2,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
  • 3 jajka
  • 10 dag rodzynek
  • 15-20 bakalii
  • 60 ml rumu


Sposób przygotowania:
Bakalie pokroić. Moczyć w rumie przez od 3-5 godz. Margarynę, cukier, sól utrzeć razem na puszystą masę. Ucierając wbijać żółtka. Wsypać mąkę, bakalie oprószone mąką, rum i proszek do pieczenia. Z białek ubić sztywną pianę i delikatnie połączyć z ciastem. Piec 45-50 min. W temperaturze 200 C.
