Karaibski kebab truskawkowy z grilla

Składniki:

  • 6 dużych truskawek
  • 1 duży plaster świeżego ananasa
  • lody waniliowe

Sos:

  • ½ szklanka miodu
  • 1/3 szklanki soku cytrynowego


Sposób przyrządzenia:
Sos:
W niewielkim rondlu podgrzewać na wolnym ogniu wszystkie składniki  sosu, aż zgęstnieje co trwa 3, 4 minuty.
Kebab:
Plaster ananasa pokroić na sześć kawałków w taki sposób aby miały kształt klina. Na namoczone w wodzie szpadki bambusowe nabijać na przemian truskawki i kawałki ananasa. Na nagrzanym grillu rozłożyć kawałek folii aluminiowej, piec na nim kebaby przez kilka minut odwracając.
Podawać na talerzu polane sosem miodowym z lodami waniliowymi lub solo.
