Fermentowany napój cytrynowy

Składniki:

  • 5 litrów wody
  • 75 dkg cukru
  • sok wyciśnięty z 5 cytryn
  • skórka otarta z 2 cytryn
  • drożdże wg przepisu na opakowaniu
  • 1 szklanka rodzynek


    Sposób przyrządzenia:

    Wodę doprowadzić do wrzenia, dodać cukier, otartą z cytryn skórkę, sok cytrynowy. Po kilku minutach zdjąć z ognia, odstawić do ochłodzenia. Do letniego wywaru dodać rodzynki i rozmieszane z niewielką ilością wywaru drożdże.  Wymieszać dokładnie, przelać do szczelnie zamykanych butelek. Po 3 dniach napój nadaje się do spożycia.
