  • mąka pszenna 20 dag
  • mąka ziemniaczana 9 dag
  • jajka 6 sztuk
  • cukier 20 dag
  • masło stopione 1 kostka

  • proszek do pieczenia 1 łyżeczka

    Sposób przyrządzenia:
    Jajka należy ubić z cukrem do podwojenia objętości, dodać mąkę i proszek
    do pieczenia, wymieszać. Dodawać powoli masło, cukier waniliowy i aromat
    cytrynowy. Dobrze wymieszaną masę należy wylać do wysmarowanej formy i
    piec około 45- 50 minut w piekarniku nagrzanym do 170 stopni. Po
    ostudzeniu ciasto należy polać lukrem i ozdobić bakaliami.
