Ciasto półkruche

Składniki:

  • 500 g mąki
  • łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
  • 200 g tłuszczu
  • 200 g cukru pudru
  • 2 łyżeczki cukru waniliowego
  • 2 jajka
  • 2 łyżki śmietany

Sposób wykonania:

  1. Mąkę przesiać przez sito razem z proszkiem do pieczenia, cukrem oraz cukrem waniliowym.
    Następnie dodać do niej tłuszcz.
    Całość posiekać nożem.
    Całość dokładnie zagnieść w trakcie dodając śmietanę aby wszystkie składniki dobrze się połączyły.
