Składniki:

  • 60 ml koniaku
  • 1 kostka cukru
  • 1 kubek gorącej czarnej kawy
  • mieszanka mleka i śmietanki 1:1

    Sposób wykonania:
    Do szklanki wlać kawę.
    Następnie na brzegu szklanki umieścić kostkę lodu, którą skropić koniakiem.
    Gdy kostka się ogrzeje podpalić ją, a gdy ogień zgaśnie wrzucić do kawy.
    Wlać jeszcze pozostały koniak.
    A na sam koniec wlać mleko ze śmietanką.
