 Składniki:
1,2 kg aronii
200 szt. liści z wiśni
2 l wody
2 kg cukru
laska wanilii do smaku
1 ziarno kardamonu
40g kwasku cytrynowego
½ l spirytusu, ¼ l wódki

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Umyć aronię i liście z wiśni. Liście położyć na dnie garnka na to wsypać aronię, dodać laskę wanilii i rozgnieciony kardamon, zalać wodą. Gotować około 20-30 minut. Przez gazę zlać syrop dodać cukier i kwasek cytrynowy – wymieszać. Do zimnego syropu wlać alkohol. Odstawić na 24 godziny Po tym czasie nalew ze słoja filtrujemy i rozlewamy do czystych butelek. Przechowujemy w ciemnym miejscu.
