Rabarbar w soku z granatów duszony

Składniki:
1 pęczek łodyg z rabarbaru
sok z 2 dojrzałych granatów
1 laska cynamonu
cukier puder

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Łodygi rabarbaru oczyścić i umyć, pokroić na kawałki o długości 5 cm. Tak przygotowany rabarbar ułożyć w jednej warstwie w naczyniu żaroodpornym, wlać sok z granatów lub dodać jadalny środek tych owoców, laskę cynamonu i cukier puder do smaku. Jeśli użyjemy nie soku lecz jadalnego wnętrza granatów dodać 1/3 szklanki wody. Piec w piekarniku nagrzanym do temperatury 150 stopni C przez 30 minut. Podawać gorące. Można przybrać bitą śmietaną.
