Mus z dyni

Składniki:

  • 30 dag dyni (oczyszczonej, bez skóry i miąższu)
  • 2 kwaśne jabłka
  • 1/2 szklanki wody
  • 4 łyżki cukru
  • 2-3 białka
  • cukier waniliowy
  • otarta skórka z cytryny lub aromat cytryno¬wy
  • bita śmietana

Sposób przyrządzania:
Dynię i jabłka pokrojone w kostkę zalać wodą, dodać jeszcze 2 łyżki cukru i doprowadzić do wrzenia.
Wówczas całość dokładnie zmiksować i odstawić do ostygnięcia.
Następnie białka ubić na sztywną pianę i dodać ja do musu.
Delikatnie wymieszać i dodać cukier waniliowy i skórkę z cytryny.
