Muffinki truskawkowe z kokosową kruszonką

Składniki:
• mąka 38 dkg
• proszek do pieczenia 2 łyżeczki
• cukier brązowy 12 dkg
• jajka 2 sztuki
• mleko 250 ml
• olej 120 ml
• esencja waniliowa 1 łyżka
• truskawki 24 sztuki
• kokosowa kruszonka

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Łączymy mokre składniki muffinek z mokrymi a suche z suchymi. Mieszamy w osobnych miseczkach.
Wlewamy mokre do suchych i kilka razy mieszamy – mają być grudki. Nakładamy do papilotek do 3/4 wysokości i wtykamy w każdą pokrojone truskawki. Na górę dajemy kruszonkę kokosową.
Pieczemy 25 minut w temp. 200’c.
