Krem pomarańczowy z winogronami

Składniki;

  • 6 żółtek
  • 1 szkl soku pomarańczowego
  • 1 szkl. białego wina
  • 20 dag cukru
  • 1 cytryna
  • 1 pomarańcza
  • kieliszek rumu
  • 2 łyżeczki żelatyny
  • 50 dag winogron

    Sposób wykonania:

    Żółtka razem z cukrem utrzeć w kąpieli wodnej.
    Z pomarańczy i cytryny wycisnąć sok i skórkę, dodać je do wino razem z resztą soku pomarańczowego.
    Doprowadzić do wrzenia i wlać do żółtek.
    Całość dokładnie ubijać około 15minut.
    Po tym czasie zdjąć z ognia i dodać jeszcze rum oraz żelatynę rozpuszczoną w odrobinie  wody.
    Nadal ubijać do momentu aż krem ostygnie.
    Na koniec przełożyć winogronami.
