Ciasto z chałwą

Składniki:
Biszkopt:

  • 9 łyżek mąki pszennej
  • 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
  • 9 łyżek cukru 9
  • łyżek oleju

Masa:

  • 1 budyń waniliowy
  • 1 szkl mleka
  • 4 małe chałwy( lub 2 duże ) – każda ok 50g
  • 1/2 margaryny
  • 3 jajka

Sposób przyrządzenia:
Białka ubić podsypując cukrem, dodać żółtka, mąkę, proszek i olej. Piec ok 25min w 180st. Drugi biszkopt upiec tak samo zastępując 1 łyżkę mąki 1 łyżką kakao. Budyń zagotować z mlekiem i ostudzić. Zimny budyń utrzeć z margaryną oraz chałwą. Przełożyć biszkopt. Wierzch posmarować resztką kremu. Można posypać bakaliami. Wstawić do lodówki na ok 1/2 godz.
